As someone who’s had over 30 dogs in my lifetime, I know how much they become part of the family. After years of feeding my pets food from well-known brands, I learned the hard way that many commercial pet foods are filled with ingredients that can harm their health. After the loss of one of my dogs, a trusted vet pointed out that it was the food I had been buying that contributed to the decline in their health. I was devastated but also determined to make a change. I started making my own pet food, using only human-grade ingredients from the grocery store, and saw incredible improvements in my pets’ health. From that moment, I made a vow: I would never go back to commercial pet food.
